Bullion 28% white drinking chocolate

Our delicious single-origin white drinking chocolate is the perfect indulgence for a cold winter’s day and a firm favourite in our cafe. It's also perfect for mixing up some cool iced hot chocolate drinks.

This white hot chocolate is made with the same craft methods as our award-winning bars, simply ground down into a fine powder. Stir and whisk 3 heaped tablespoons of the good stuff into milk - you can use old fashioned man power, or the hot chocolate machines and milk frothers work a trick.

Hallmark is our current "house" origin. We select this origin seasonally, depending on the characteristic and flavour notes from each origin. For our Hallmark origin - we want classic, comforting chocolate tones that are accessible to all.
